Aim of the Association

Whereas, it is desirable and necessary to support Idanrians who have made Canada their homes and recognizing the benefits in which a formal organization with an explicit constitution provides.

• To promote the Public Welfare of Idanrians residing in Canada.
• To promote unity, love, and mutual understanding among all Idanrians in Canada.
• ICA shall promote, educate and represent the cultural activities of Idanrians in Canada. Co-operate with other cultural associations in Canada in promoting the interest of all cultural groups within the Canadian multi-Cultural mosaic.
• ICA shall lend moral and financial support in case of bereavement or if a member in good standings falls into crisis situation at the discretion of the executive council.
• To support the ICA by providing recreational activities, and to promote Idanre heritage through cultural displays.
• Membership in ICA shall be open to Idanrians either by birth, marriage, or naturalization.
